2024 Heroes Pinot Noir Sangiovese largely in the lieux-dits ofOtway Hinterland, Victoria Harvested between the 8th and 21st of March, this was allowed to ferment naturally with wild yeast and about 30 percent as whole bunches. Natural malo in oak with 25% new. As with all of the Heroes wines there were no winemaking additions except for sulphur, so this is the truest and most honest representation of our vineyards terroir that we can give. Low yielding and organically grown.
