At the top of the pole is a 1. 5" ball attached to the socket of a standard 4 5 8" 1. 5" double socket arm. There is a 6. 25" x 2" marine mount plate on top. Mounting hardware for the base is not included. The base unscrews from the pole, allowing the mount to be moved to other locations.
