It is only made in exceptional vintages with a limited and numbered production. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in 500L French oak barrels. Shelled by hand. Vineyard over 90 years old, whose production does not exceed 1,500 kg Ha. Vineyard: land of clay and limestone. Native yeasts that provide the character and personality of the terroir.
