Mint unfished condition. Serial #1339. The rod weighs 3 oz. All sections are full length and straight. What makes this rod scarce is the fact that it was originally wrapped with Payne silks. There was a small batch of rods similar to this one that were sold through Bob Corsetti's catalog a number of years ago. Cap and ring seat with butternut spacer.
