Prickly Pear and Mandarin Gin Liqueur Vodka orange blossom and chamomile allOur most fragrant liqueur is distilled and infused with the flavours of Prickly Pear (the spiky fruit of the Opuntia cactus) and Mandarin. The base for this gin liqueur is a seven botanical gin, heavy on the mandarin peel, made at our distillery in Hertfordshire. An infusion of prickly pear after distillation gives this liqueur a uniquely fruity flavour Add to a tall glass and fill with ice and soda water for a refreshing summer spritzer 20% ABV
