I made this resin dome and then tab-set it in an oxidized copper setting

with sterling chain and stick freshwater pearls

I selected and hand cut different colored pieces of art glass, then foiled and soldered them and finished the seams with a pewter patina. To illuminate it, fill it with a string of 20 Christmas lights. There's an opening in the back for the cord to run through, so your lantern will sit flat on any surface you choose to display it on.
