Adorned with glowing cobalt blue guilloche enamel, the design underneath peeks out with swirls and patterns. The heart is encased in 6 tiny gold rose buds or flowers with leaves on each side of the blooms. Atop is a floral cluster of 4 natural half saltwater pearls of 4 5 mm in diameter. Centered within is a
