Mr. Claar is very active in the Catskill fly fishing community and recently donated two rods to the Catskill Fly Fishing Center and Museum (CFFCM). This is the first one we will be listing. Proceeds will directly benefit the CFFCM. Steve hand splits and planes his Tonkin cane and also machines his own duronze ferrules and the cap and ring reel seat hardware. This rod is based on a Paul
