Hardy Perfect 2 7/8" Fly Reel 6'10" and is varnished and woundFor sale here is a wartime era Hardy Perfect 2 7 8" trout fly reel with unblemished agate line guide, full length smooth brass foot, faded ebonite handle (brown now) and rim tensioner. Single pawl Dup MKII check (normal for a wartime reel). Spool rocks just a little, otherwise a very nice reel mechanically. The reel weighs 5 3 4 oz. It includes Jimmy Smith's initials on the back of the winding plate. It's possible this reel started out its life as a
