Contact your prescriber or call NHS 111 if you experience any of the following after starting or continuing the 7.2mg dose: Severe or persistent abdominal pain, particularly if it radiates to the back this may indicate pancreatitis Rapid heart rate or palpitations that are new or unusual for you Signs of a serious allergic reaction: swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing, or a widespread rash Persistent vomiting that prevents you from keeping food or fluids down for more than 24 hours Significant changes in vision, which may indicate diabetic eye complications in those with pre-existing diabetes Symptoms of gallbladder problems, including severe upper right abdominal pain with fever or jaundice Any injection site that becomes increasingly red, warm, swollen, or painful beyond the first 72 hours If you are unsure whether your symptoms are serious, do not wait speak to a pharmacist or call NHS 111
