1 Includes 32 16 Energy Symbol Holos and 16 Pok Ball Holos, one for each Pokmon 23 16 Star Confetti Holos and 7 Prism Holos 23 16 Master Ball Holos and 7 Shinies 19 All regular cards with stamps, including 16 Pokmons and 3 Ball Trainer cards 18 11 Art Rares, 1 Nemona SAR and all 6 Energies Personally I really dont like how the stamped cards are arranged in this set as they occupy a lot of the rare slots (all s and 3 s which reduces your chance to get the ARs) and the set logo being apparently oversized, but maybe thats just me
