Large Late Victorian Oil on Canvas Portrait of Man with Mustache cyanotype portrait 4 1/4" t x 2I found this one in upstate NY near Albany, and believe it to be American, late 19th century, though it is unsigned. Perhaps he once hung side by side with his wife, in ornate gold frames with oval shaped mats but I think he would be quite excellent in a barber shop now, especially one favoring handlebar mustaches! Quite skillfully painted, and larger than life, with piercing blue eyes and flushed pink cheeks; he looks to me as if just at that time in
