Orvis Battenkill Bamboo Rod - 8' 3/2 6wt 7'11" These were 'no compromise' customFor sale here is an 8' 3 2 4 1 2 oz. Orvis Battenkill impregnated bamboo rod. Best with a 6wt line in my opinion. Serial #44887 made in 1966. The consignor purchased the rod as a one tip rod from Len Codella in 2001. Orvis then made a 2nd tip for the rod. The rod is in excellent plus condition. All sections are full length and straight. Original bag and labeled tube. Ferrules are size 16 64 and 10 64 with an excellent fit. Aluminum down locking reel
