Champagne De L'Auche NV Rita Marques Croatina 40%A beautiful fresh nose of medium intensity with aromas of nectarine, lime, acacia and apricot. This is complemented by toasted bread notes & delicate creaminess on the palate. Country: France Region: Champagne Grapes: Pinot Meunier 85% , Pinot Noir 15% ABV: 12. 5% Food pairing: canaps, mushroom based starters, cheese and all manner of poultry dishes. Although, simply sipping it as an aperitif works very well too.
