This isn't just a basic squeeze marker the rear tank cap unscrews so you can refill and reuse it instead of tossing it when empty. Filled with Coversall signal black ink alcohol based formula with synthetic bitumen that's highly opaque, permanent, and quick drying. The ink goes on glossy and creates thick, plastic like paint application. Works on almost all smooth surfaces,
