Carved and Gilded Neoclassical Overmantel Looking Glass c. 1785 silver filigree English circa 1765A very finely carved oval neoclassical overmantel looking glass, the frame carved with a bead and flutes interspersed with incised floral rosettes and bordered with a diminutive egg and dart, with carved floral enrichments of leaves, drapes, flowers and rocaille in the form of scrolls capped with a vase filled with fruit and flowers.
