Mertens-Kunst "Farben-Domino" Mid-Century Color Dominoes weaving with fish pattern A really dramatic little pieceI think these colored dominoes (Farben Domino) are just gorgeous, making me want to spend the whole day playing, though equally great just to arrange in various configurations and patterns. Super Bauhaus in sensibility, these were made by the German company Mertens Kunst (1936 2001) circa 1960, and seem quite a rarity; the only other set I have found available online is in Germany. I would throw a party just in order to put these on the table. 28
