It's inspired by the techniques of the 'old world', with a particular reverence for Scotch whisky Nose: Sponge cake topped with buttercream icing, chocolate chip cookies, a whiff of savory oak. Palate: Red berry sweetness jumps out right away raspberry, raisin and
