That should date this rod to about 1910-1914 during the very last years of Ed Payne's leadership before he passed away and left the rodmaking operation to Jim

The reel foot is full-length and unfiled but does have a slight kink on one end

The ferrules are size 13/64 with a perfect fit

This one has never been fished
