This year Glen Scotia have released a heavily peated 9 year old with a Ribera Del Duero Finish. Glen Scotia only produce heavily peated spirit for 6 weeks in the year making this expression somewhat special. Theres a distinctive maritime character to this whisky with notes of creamy vanilla overlaid with rich peat smoke. The Ribera del Duero cask has imparted red ripe fruit, juicy
