Satisfying Minimalist 1989 Crock Study, Watercolor on Board Gujarat bag though perhaps a dogTo my eye this "crock study" quite transcends itself as a study (an art school exercise I might guess), and I'm really rather obsessed with it as very resolved feeling, minimalist sort of a painting, which manages to impart this large pottery crock with a wonderfully stoic sense of force and grandeur.
